Throughout his life, Home Love Founder and CEO Sean Sweeney has been passionate about two things: building successful businesses and creating exceptional homes for his family.

No matter where he has lived, Sean has been known for beautifully maintained homes, expertly crafted interiors, and an unmatched attention to organization and detail. His passion for craftsmanship began early, working alongside his father to flip homes in Northeast Philadelphia. The success of those projects helped pay for his college education and sparked a lifelong appreciation for quality workmanship and entrepreneurship.

Sean went on to build a distinguished business career, spending nearly 30 years leading one of the Philadelphia region’s most successful marketing communications firms. In 2015, he co-founded CultureWise, an organization dedicated to helping companies build high-performing workplaces. Following the company’s acquisition in 2025, Sean turned his attention to a new vision.

That vision became Home Love—a company built on the values that have guided him throughout his life: hard work, craftsmanship, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
