Home Love Careers

We’re not your average Home services company.

Home Love exists to redefine what homeowners should expect from a home maintenance and repair company—and that starts with the people who wear our logo. We believe remarkable craftsmanship and remarkable character belong together. That’s why we’re relentless about who we hire.

Technical skills can be taught. Integrity can’t. Kindness can’t. A genuine desire to serve others can’t.

We’re building a team of people who take enormous pride in their work, keep their promises, own their mistakes, sweat the details, and genuinely care about making someone else’s day a little better. We don’t tolerate gossip, egos, excuses, or finger-pointing.

And yes—we have a strict “no assholes” policy. That applies to employees, vendors, and clients alike. Life’s simply too short and we think assholes should stick together. Just not here.

If that sounds intense, it is. Building one of the finest service companies in America isn’t easy. But if you’re the kind of person who believes good enough is never good enough, who wants to be surrounded by people with high standards and even bigger hearts, and who wants to go home every day knowing your work actually mattered, we’d love to meet you.

Full-Time | Chester County, Pennsylvania

This isn’t property management. It’s peace-of-mind management.

At Home Love, we believe homeowners should spend their free time making memories—not changing furnace filters, chasing contractors, or waiting four hours for a handyman who may never show up.

Our Home Management service is designed to eliminate the stress of homeownership by providing concierge-level oversight of every aspect of maintaining a home. We become our clients’ trusted advisor, advocate, and single point of contact, ensuring their homes remain organized, functional, safe, and impeccably maintained year-round.

We’re looking for an exceptional Home Manager to make that promise a reality.

This role is equal parts project manager, homeowner advocate, trusted advisor, and customer service professional. It requires someone who thrives on organization, loves solving problems, anticipates needs before they arise, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people.

If you’re looking for a typical desk job, this isn’t it.

If you’re passionate about creating extraordinary homeowner experiences and believe details matter, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

Every Home Manager is entrusted with a portfolio of homes and serves as the primary relationship manager for those homeowners.

You’ll become intimately familiar with every residence under your care and proactively coordinate everything needed to keep those homes in exceptional condition.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conduct Comprehensive Home Assessments

  • Perform detailed whole-home inspections for new Home Management clients.

  • Evaluate every major system and component throughout the residence.

  • Identify maintenance priorities and future repair needs.

  • Create organized maintenance plans and recommendations.

Coordinate Preventative Maintenance

You’ll oversee and personally perform many recurring maintenance tasks, including:

  • Replacing HVAC filters

  • Testing smoke and carbon monoxide alarms

  • Replacing batteries as needed

  • Checking sump pumps and safety systems

  • Inspecting exterior conditions

  • Monitoring seasonal maintenance requirements

  • Completing routine home wellness checks

  • Ensuring scheduled maintenance is performed on time

Manage Repairs

When repairs are needed, you’ll:

  • Diagnose or evaluate issues during inspections

  • Coordinate with Home Love Home Technicians

  • Schedule repair appointments

  • Explain recommendations to homeowners

  • Obtain authorization before work begins

  • Ensure projects are completed to Home Love standards

Coordinate Outside Contractors

Not every repair falls within Home Love’s scope.

When specialized contractors are needed, you’ll handle virtually everything for the homeowner by:

  • Researching qualified service providers

  • Requesting estimates

  • Comparing proposals

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Coordinating access

  • Being present while work is performed when appropriate

  • Verifying satisfactory completion

  • Serving as the homeowner’s advocate throughout the process

In many cases, our clients won’t need to make a single phone call.

Vacation & Absence Services

When homeowners travel, you’ll help protect one of their most valuable investments by:

  • Conducting scheduled home visits

  • Verifying security and overall condition

  • Identifying maintenance concerns before they become costly problems

  • Confirming systems are functioning properly

  • Providing homeowners with updates and peace of mind while they’re away

Build Trusted Relationships

You’ll become the person clients call before they call anyone else. That means:

  • Responding promptly

  • Communicating clearly

  • Following through on commitments

  • Anticipating needs

  • Providing thoughtful recommendations

  • Making complicated situations simple

The goal isn’t just to maintain homes. It’s to eliminate stress.

What Makes Someone Exceptional in This Role

This position requires a unique combination of technical knowledge, organization, emotional intelligence, and customer service.

  • The best Home Managers are naturally proactive.
  • They notice details others miss.
  • They enjoy creating order from chaos.
  • They don’t wait for problems—they prevent them.
  • They’re calm, resourceful, and remarkably dependable.
  • And they genuinely love helping people.

Qualifications & Experience

Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds such as:

  • Residential construction

  • Home inspection

  • Facilities management

  • Project management

  • Luxury property management

  • Estate management

  • Hospitality management

  • Residential maintenance

  • General contracting

  • Concierge services

You don’t need to know everything about every trade. But you should have a solid understanding of residential homes and enough practical knowledge to identify issues, communicate intelligently with contractors, and make sound recommendations.

The Personal Characteristics We’re Looking For

You are:

  • Exceptionally organized

  • Highly dependable

  • Honest and trustworthy

  • Warm, personable, and professional

  • An outstanding communicator

  • Calm under pressure

  • Detail-oriented

  • Self-motivated

  • Technologically proficient

  • A strong planner and coordinator

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Resourceful and solutions-oriented

  • Passionate about delivering extraordinary customer experiences

You naturally follow up before someone has to follow up with you.

  • You keep promises.
  • You own mistakes.
  • You sweat the details.
  •
  • And you treat every client’s home with the same care you would your own.

Our Standards

  • We don’t believe “good enough” is good enough.
  • We hire slowly because protecting our culture matters more than filling an opening.
  • We expect integrity.
  • We expect accountability.
  • We expect professionalism.
  • We expect empathy.
  • We expect exceptional follow-through.

And yes—we have a strict “no assholes” policy. That applies to employees, contractors, vendors, and clients alike.

Why Join Home Love?

  • You’ll become part of a company that’s redefining what homeownership should feel like.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients who genuinely value your expertise.
  • You’ll solve problems before they become emergencies.
  • You’ll remove stress from people’s lives.
  • You’ll be empowered to make decisions.
  • You’ll work with an extraordinary team that shares your commitment to excellence.

And at the end of every day, you’ll know you made someone’s home safer, better organized, better maintained, and easier to love.

Before You Apply

Ask yourself:

  • Do people trust you with important responsibilities?

  • Are you the person friends and family call when they need help organizing something complicated?

  • Do you naturally think three steps ahead?

  • Do you obsess over follow-up and attention to detail?

  • Do you believe relationships matter as much as results?

  • Do you believe good enough is never good enough?

If you answered yes, we’d love to meet you. Because this isn’t just another job. It’s an opportunity to become the trusted steward of hundreds of homes—and the peace of mind of the families who live in them.
