STEP 1: Whole Home Inspection
Home Love Management begins with a comprehensive whole-home inspection. We carefully assess every major system and component in your home to establish a complete picture of your home’s condition. Your Annual Home Inspection Report details each item (including photos), gauges its current condition, identifies any issues and, if necessary, recommends immediate or future repairs.
Systems
- Check circuit breakers for proper labeling and function.
- Inspect all electrical outlets and switches for damage or wear.
- Ensure proper drainage in sinks, showers, and bathtubs.
- Test all smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
- Inspect windows and doors for drafts and proper sealing.

STEP 1: 12-Month Management & Maintenance plan
Home Love Maintenance includes the following proactive maintenance, regularly scheduled throughout the calendar year:
ANNUALY:
- Dedicated Home Manager, on-call 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday-Friday. Answering service handles repair emergencies during off hours.
- Whole home inspection
- Schedule HVAC tuneup (External)
- Replace batteries for all smoke and carbon monoxide detectors (parts included)
QUARTERLY:
- Clean air ducts and replace air filters (parts included)
- Clean all faucet and showerhead filter screens to remove debris
- Check all drains (sinks, vanities, tubs, showers) for water evacuation
MONTHLY:
- Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
- Check all sinks and vanities for leaks
- Test automatic garage doors and keypads
- Test security system
- Test all door and window locks
- Test all GFCI outlets
- Check for gas leaks–appliances, heaters, water heaters
SEASONAL:
- Testing HVAC systems:
- Airflow
- Air temp
- Cover/uncover external AC units
- Inspect weatherstripping around windows and doors
- Spring: charge sprinkler system
- Fall: winterize sprinkler system
- Reset timers for daylight savings time
SITUATIONAL:
- Vacations / Business trips / Seasonal snowbirds
- Daily/weekly whole-house security, leak checks
