- Replace HVAC filters
- Replace air purifier filters
- Dryer vent clean out
- Charge sprinkler system, check for leaks and broken heads
- Check all faucets, sinks and vanities for leaks
- Check all drains for water flow. Unclog if necessary
- Open waterlines for external hose bibs, check for leaks
- Install/reattach garden hoses
- Pull flower pots out of storage
- Pull lawn furniture out of storage
- Replace batteries for all smoke and carbon monoxide detectors Test each device individually
